Inclusion criteria: Neonates posted for non cardiac surgery under general anaesthesia at Advanced Paediatric Centre, PGIMER

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. parental refusal to participate in the study 2. surgeries under local / regional anaesthesia
