Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: â?? Patients who are having classical symptoms of Karappan. â?? Disease not had a disease for more than 15 years. â?? Willing to give specimens of blood for the investigation when required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Any history of trauma, Diabetes mellitus,cardiac disease, alcoholism. II. SLE, Psoriasis, Psoriasis arthiritis, III. Pregnancy IV. Lactating women
