Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1 and 2, modified Mallampati score 3 and 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s refusal, Known history of allergy to the drugs under study, ASA physical status 3 or more, Patients on anticoagulants, Patients having sepsis and / or local site infection, Patients with known CVS or Respiratory disease, Patients with hepatic or renal disorders, History of drug abuse.
