Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years and 2. Either sex 3. Modified Mallampati score III and IV 4. ASA physical status 1 and 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patientâ??s refusal. • Modified Mallampati Score I and II. • Known history of allergy to the drugs under study. • ASA physical status 3 or more. • Patients on anticoagulants. • Patients having sepsis and / or local site infection • Patients with known CVS or Respiratory disease. • Patients with hepatic or renal disorders. • History of drug abuse.
