Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Self-reported habitual snoring Presence of a bed-partner who is able to provide feedback to the participant on snoring Turbinate hypertrophy grade I and grade II Mild DNS Body mass index Age group 20 to 80 years, Irrespective of sex, occupation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) Current treatment for OSA or snoring (continuous positive airway pressure, oral appliances, supplemental oxygen) Chronic rhinitis Self-reported average 0f 3/more alcoholic drink per day Conditions likely to affect obstructive sleep apnea physiology: neuromuscular disease or other major neurological disorder, heart failure, any other unstable major medical condition
