Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sick neonate admitted to NICU and requiring drugs, parenteral nutrition and ionotropic support. 2.All ELBW baby and gestational age less than 28 weeks 3. VLBW baby who are sick and requiring ventilator support. 4.IUGR baby less than 1.5kg 5.Term baby who are sick and requiring ionotropic support and ventilator support
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonate with congenital anomaly 2.Neonate with congenital heart disease 3.Neonate with congenital diaphragmatic hernia 4.Neonate with abdominal wall defect
