Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of Psoriasis with positive Auspitz sign. 2. Must be willing to provide blood sample 3. Must be able to provide following required information a.Health status b.Personal habits like tobacco, smoking, alcohol c. Contact information 4. Must be willing to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major disorder like cancer, cardiac disease, diabetes mellitus 2. History of chronic alcohol, tobacco, smoking consumption. 3.Female who are pregnant and lactating 4.Vital signs outside the reference range a. Oral temperature > 37.6 C b. Pulse rate: > 130 beats/minute c. Blood pressure : >160/100 mmHg
