Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with Intrauterine pregnancy and newly detected hypothyroidism during pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Extrauterine pregnancy Hyperthyroid women On anti-thyroid drugs Gestational trophoblastic disease Post thyroidectomy status Previous history of irradiation to head and neck History of radioactive iodine ablation of thyroid gland History of lithium and amiodarone drug usage
