Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 parous women having sign and symtoms of unilateral or bilateral lower limb vericose vein upto clas two [spidervein and vericose vein] of venous disorder 2 patient willing for experimental/trail group and control group 3 patient of age group 30 to 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Anemicpatient with HB less than 8 gram % 2 thrombophlebitis 3 malnourish patient[ as per age height and weight proportion] 4 bleeding disorder[increased B T and C T 5 patient recieving drug like asprine 6 congenital venous insufficiency
