Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus between 24th to 28th week of pregnancy. Non smoker Singleton ongoing pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoker Multiple gestation Absolute contraindication for exercise like 1.Haemodynamically significant heart disease 2. Restrictive long diseases 3. Incompetent cervix 4. Persistent third and second trimester bleeding 5. Placenta pravia after 26week of gestation 6. Premature labour during current pregnancy 7. Ruptured membrane 8. Pregnancy induced hypertension

HbA1c, Fasting Blood Sugar levels and Post Prandial Blood Sugar levelsTimepoint: 24th week -28th week and every subsequently every 4th week. final assessment at 36th week or at delivery whichever is earlier HbA1c values only at the 1st and last assessment. while Fasting Blood Sugar levels and Post Prandial Blood Sugar levels at each assessment
