Intervention1: all recruited patients will be given by intranasal and oral route: group D -intranasal dexmedetomidine and oral honey group MK - intranasal saline and oral midazolam and ketamine mixed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with upper respiratory tract infection, airway obstructive conditions, congenital heart disease, neurological or mental abnormality, any other systemic disease other than cancer, on hepatic enzyme inducing drugs or allergy to study drug and refusal to participate
