Intervention1: 1) Vamana Krama 2) Kanchnara Guggulu: Deepana Pachana to be done for 3 days with Panchkola Phanta 50ml after that snehpana start with Varunadi Ghrutha 30ml in ascending dose till samyak

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of females ranging from 18 â?? 35years Patients fit for vamana Married & unmarried. Subjects with menstrual irregularities ( amenorrhoea, oligomenorrhoea) Subjects with unilateral or bilateral poly cystic ovaries confirmed by USG •Subjects with duration of PCOD less than 5 years .Subjects willing to participate in the study and sign the consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Subject having any systemic disease like diabetes mellitus, hypertension,tuberculosis, uncontrolled thyroid dysfunction .Subject having congenital anomalies of reproductive organs. .Subject suffering from down syndrome, Cushingâ??s syndrome, turner, syndrome androgen secreting neoplasm, adrenal hyperplasia. .Subjects with fibroid uterus, benign and malignant tumors of reproductive organs. .Subject suffering from HbsAg , HIV, VDRL. .Pregnant and lactating mothers
