Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Absence of systemic illness 2. Active, acute caries in the dentin of at least two permanent premolar and molars, not surpassing 2/3 of the dentin and involving the occlusal and proximal surface, with a direct view and access. 3. No clinical or radiographic signs or symptoms of pulp involvement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic diseases. 2.Intraoral /extraoral swellings. 3.Dental caries involving the pulp and any periapical pathology.
