Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All neonate up to 28 days of life who are diagnosed to have hypovolemic, cardiogenic or septic shock. 2. The parents of the neonates giving written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infant of more than 28 days of life admitted in NICU. 2. Neonates with major congenital brain anomaly and renal anomaly
