Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3.Diagnosis of diabetes in accordance with American Diabetic Association criteria â??(fasting plasma glucose >=126mg/dl (>=7.0 mmol/L) OR 2hr Plasma Glucose >=200mg/dl (11.1mmol/L) OR HbA1C >= 6.5% (48mmol/mol) OR Random plasma glucose >=200mg/dl (11.1mmol/L)â?? American Diabetes Association 2016 4. Diagnosed condition of DM2 for 1 to 3 years 5. Participants on stable glycemic medication for past 3 months 6. Ability and willingness to give consent and comply with study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with previously diagnosed cardiovascular disease (hypertension, hyperlipidemia, Obesity ( >30 wt/metre2), Coronary artery disease, heart failure) 2.Participants with pregnancy, neurological disorders and cancer 3.Acute and chronic inflammation caused by diseases other than T2DM such as COPD 4.Participants with history of smoking and alcohol 5.Participants on exercise intervention, dietary programs or regimens in the last 3 months 6.Participants with musculoskeletal conditions impairing the performance of any physical activities 7.Participants with known type 1 diabetes mellitus
