Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with T2DM diagnosed by clinician Sedentary life style (Not involved in active sports , gym, yoga, before 6 months from study) Age group 35-55(both male and female ) HbA1c level above 6.5 Ready to adherent to diet chart

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other neurological disorder Recent musculoskeletal injury Involved in active sports Current insulin therapy Changes during the previous three months in: Oral hypoglycemic medication Anti hypertensive medication Lipid lowering medication
