Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (18-65 yrs) of either sex belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status classification I/II and scheduled for elective unilateral arthroscopic shoulder surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientâ??s refusal 2. Preexisting respiratory dysfunction. 3. History of cardiac, renal or hepatic disease 4. Preexisting neurologic deficits or neuropathy affecting the brachial plexus 5. Contraindications to the peripheral nerve blocks (eg. Coagulopathy) • History of known Local Anesthetic allergy • Patients undergoing revision, planned open, or irrigation and debridement procedures
