Inclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent tonsillar infection 2. Tonsillar hypertrophy with mouth breathing leading to obstructive symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current respiratory tract infection. 2. Bleeding disorders
