Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 20 years to 80 years. Undrstand Hindi or English or odia. Willing to participate in the study Having mild and moderate swallowing difficulty Available at the time of study. GCS score of 13-15. Client who is having CVA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having severe swallowing difficulty. Having cancer in the esophagus, surgery in the head and neck, Having congestive heart failure, Having end stage renal disease. Pregnant women with CVA Medicolegal cases Congenital Maxilofacial Disorder
