Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Cancer patients, Aged 18 to 70 years 2.American Society of Anesthesiologist Grade I-III 3.Patient undergoing oncological surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Any contraindication to general anesthesia 2.Patients with existing acute infection, sepsis. 3.Patients on recent chemotherapy(past 15 days). 4.Patient on chronic treatment with steroids or immune-suppressants. 5.Patient who are morbidly obese, have autoimmune disorders. 6.Patient underwent blood transfusion for 7.Patients not willing to give consent
