Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa described in Ayurvedic texts such as Pinasa, Gurghuraka, Greeva Shirisha Sangruhya, Ativativra Vega Shwasa, Kanthodhvamsa, Asinolabahte Saukhyama. And symptoms mentioned in modern texts such as wheezing, coughing, or shortness of breath. Age group: 18 ââ?¬â?? 60 years Chronicity less than 5 years Uncomplicated cases of Tamaka Shwasa Patients willing to participate in trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 60 years Pregnant and lactating women Patients having complications like core-pulmonale, pulmonary TB, emphysema, pneumonia, cystic fibrosis, malignancy, severe anaemia, renal failure, congestive cardiac failure. Patients suffering from malignant and accelerated hypertension, coronary artery disease, uncontrolled diabetes. Patient undergoing regular treatment for any other severe illness and also patient on prolonged corticosteroid use.
