Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy volunteers Subjects willing to participate Literate Adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are on regular medications like of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus & Hyperthyroidism/Hypothyroidism etc. Subjects with chronic history of digestive disorders like IBS and peptic ulcers etc. Those who are having Aama Lakshana(symptoms of indigestion) Subjects who are unable to respond. Non- Cooperative Subjects with psychiatric illness.
