Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1 and 2 of either sex scheduled for perianal day care surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to the drug Use of pain modifying agents coagulopathy and patients on anticoagulants Gross spinal deformity History of peripheral neuropathy
