Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18years and above with confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 ( diagnosed by RTPCR Nasopharyngeal swab /oropharyngeal swab / ET aspirate) admitted in site of study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age less than 18years

MeasureTime frame
1 To correlate inflammatory markers and severity of SARS CoV 2 infection. To correlate D dimer with severity of SARS CoV 2 infection and clinical outcomes.Timepoint: Baseline at the time of admission and during discharge if applicable

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To correlate D-dimer with risk of coagulopathyTimepoint: outcome assessed at baseline and at the time of discharge.
