Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1 Type 2 diabetes patients 2 Both male and female patients with more than 12 years of diabetic history 3 Age >= 55 years 4 Severe neuropathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CA 2. Active neuropathic ulcer or history of neuropathic ulceration. 3. Patients with recent history of trauma/fracture, systemic inflammatory disease and osteomyletis. 5. Presence of any other cause of diffuse peripheral neuropathy 6. Previous or present treatment with cytotoxic drugs and/or radiotherapy 7. End stage renal disease with serum creatinine >160 umol/1 and patients undergone kidney transplantation.
