Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective CABG on pump and off pump, Ejection fraction (EF>=45%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Urgent and Emergency surgery 2. Age > 75 years 3. NYHA class IV 4. Autonomic neuropathy 5. Severe right ventricular (RV) dysfunction or failure 6. Severe pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) 7. Occlusive peripheral arterial disease (PAD) 8. Associated valvular pathologies 9. Intracardiac shunts 10. Patients on inotrope or vasodilator infusions 11. Arrhythmias 12. Contraindication for TEE 13. Patients with IABP
