Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study subjects in the age group of 18 and above of both gender with following qualification. a. Technicians working at clinical biochemistry lab b. PG students of clinical and non-clinical departments c. Faculty: clinical and non-clinical departments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who do not meet the inclusion criteria (for example, undergraduate students, administrative and office staff) will be excluded from the study.
