Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all the hospitalised COVID-19 patients above 18 years of age confirmed with Rt-PCR in nasal and pharyngeal swab specimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients under age of 18 years and those with other common bacteria or viruses associated with community acquired pneumonia
