Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical records of patient whose LSE led by a nurse and Liver biopsy in CLD patients at ILBS, New Delhi during the time period of 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2019 Chart must have both fibroscan and liver biopsy Registered nurses (Operators) who will be willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Time gap between liver biopsy and fibroscan not more than 6-7 months Incomplete data in charts
