Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Maxillary and Mandibular permanent premolars with no carious lesion scheduled for extraction for orthodontic reason. 2. No complaint of pain or sensitivity. 3. Vital response of pulp when tested with electric pulp testing. 4. Radiographic examination showing no carious lesion and no signs of periapical pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth showing carious or non-carious lesions. 2. Primary teeth 3. Teeth with pain or sensitivity 4. Teeth showing abnormal response with electric pulp testing. 5. Radiographic examination showing caries in enamel, dentin or pulp and/or evident signs of periapical pathology.
