Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years Gives consent Acute case of ST elevated Myocardial Infarction with indication for revascularization After stent deployment, patient should be eligible for either group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Patient with malignancy Severe left main disease Cardiogenic shock Haemody¬namic instability Bypass graft lesions

1. To compare clinical, biochemical and angiographic profile of ST elevated Myocardial Infarction patients undergoing PCI with or without post dilatationTimepoint: Patient will be assessed every month for 6 months and TMT will be done after 3 months—

MeasureTime frame
To compare outcome of stent post dilatation in patients with ST elevated Myocardial Infarction. Primary Endpoint: Target Vessel Revascularisation (TVR) i.e Stent Thrombosis and ISR Secondary Endpoints: MACE like Heart failure, stroke, ischemic cardiovascular events and death Timepoint: Symptoms will be assessed for every month for 6 month and TMT will be done at 3 months—
