Intervention1: Post Stenting Dilatation: After stent deployment patient will be randomised to dilatation or no dilatation. Patients in Dilatation group will undergo post stenting dilatation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years Gives consent Acute case of ST elevated Myocardial Infarction with indication for revascularization After stent deployment, patient should be eligible for either group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Patient with malignancy Severe left main disease Cardiogenic shock Haemody¬namic instability Bypass graft lesions
