Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of ankle sprain (Grade 1-3) 1) Pain 2) Swelling 3) Tenderness at Ankle joint region. 4)Restricted joint movements 5) Immediately after fall or within 48hrs. 6) Either of sex. 7) Age varies from 18 â?? 40 yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering with systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, malignant wounds, bleeding disorders. 2) Fracture with partial or complete displacement, deformity of joints.

Swelling: The size of swelling will be assessed by the graduation of length and Breadth by using inch tape. Range of Motion of joints : will be assessed by Goniometry Temperature â?? will be assessed by Infra-red thermometer Pain - by VAS and VDS Scale Tenderness- by grading Timepoint: 1) Baseline 2) 6th day 3) 11th day 4) 17th day
