Intervention1: Parkers Flex-It stylet with Macintosh laryngoscope : After arrival in the operation theatre intravenous line with 18G cannula will be secured in all the patients and concurrent adminis

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex, aged between 18-50 years of American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with - Unanticipated difficult intubation - Risk of gastric aspiration such as gastro-oesophageal reflux , hiatus hernia - Morbid obesity (body mass index >35kg/m2) - Pregnancy - Intraocular, head and neck surgeries - Who had no teeth, loose teeth, or oral trauma, known pathology - Previous surgery to the mouth, pharynx, larynx, or cervical spine
