Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A clinical diagnosis of idiopathic PD with a disease severity rating of stage 1 to 2.5 on Hoehn and Yahr scale (Supplement 2) within the past two months 2. Age above 18 years 3. Participants who can give written consent 4. Not on any formal rehabilitation 5. Home access to video calling facility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current participation in any other trial or formal rehabilitation program 2. Cognitive impairment as indicated by a Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE) score of below 23 3. Other debilitating conditions eg. Hearing or visual impairment that can impede full participation in the study 4. Inability to perform rehabilitation therapy for any reason

Each item is scored â??0â?? to â??4â?? on a categorical scale, in which â??0â?? indicates no impairment and â??4â?? represent severe impairment. Timepoint: 0 (baseline) and 12 weeks;2. Quality of Life- Change in PDQ-8 score at baseline and 12 weeks Parkinsonâ??s Disease Questionnaire-8 is a short-form questionnaire derived from the longer 39-item questionnaire used to measure quality of life in persons with Parkinsonâ??s disease. One question each from the 8 domains on the PDQ-39 (mobility, ADLs, emotional well-being, stigma, social support, cognition, communication and bodily discomfort) was chosen based on the strength of its correlation with the total domain score.Timepoint: 0 (baseline) and 12 weeks;3. Non-Motor Symptoms Scale- Change in Non-Motor Symptoms Scale score at baseline and 12 weeks The Non-Motor Symptoms Scale (NMSS) is a 30-item rater-based scale to assess a wide range of non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinsons disease (PD). The NMSS measures the severity and frequency of non-motor symptoms across nine dimensions. The scale can be used for patients at all stages of PD.Timepoint: 0 (baseline) and 12 weeks;4. Surveys to assess satisfaction of participants and adherence Participants will be asked to submit surveys and the adherence log at the end of 12 weeks of the trial.
