Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe TBI presenting within 48 hours post â?? injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent. Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest Iron supplementation or erythropoietin therapy History of hematologic malignancy or autoimmune disease Current pregnancy status
