Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with chronic pain having VAS score 4 for at least 3 month with no significant relief on conservative treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of severe medical illness allergic to lidocaine pregnant and lactating female motor neuron disorders fever psychiatric disorders
