Intervention1: Ashwagandha Ghrita orally for 2 months: Ashwagandha Ghrita 5ml twice a day will be given with luke warm milk 100 ml empty stomach for two consecutive from 1st day of cycle till the comm

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All cases of primary or secondary infertility confirmed with anovulation on folliculometry 2 Age group between 20 to 40 years 3 Male counterpart should be normal in all aspects 4 One fallopian tube must be patent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Reproductive tract abnormalities including cervical stenosis ,cervical polyp ,fibroid uterus 2 Congenital anatomical defects of reproductive tract like bicornuate uterus etc 3 Infertility due to peritoneal factors 4 Patient suffering from diseases such a DM, TB, Renal disorders ,cardiac disorders ,bronchial asthma 5 Bilateral tubal blockage
