Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases being treated by free gingival graft.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Pregnant patients. -Patients having systemic diseases that contraindicate surgery. -Patients under medication that modify healing and inflammatory responses.
