Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients fulfilling New York Criteria (2) Patients with AKS within the age group 30-50 years (3) Either gender (4) With a minimum of 3 years of history of AS. (5) Consenting patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe disability, (2) Patients with neurological deficits. (3) Patients with cardiac compensatory conditions (4) History of recent major surgery. (5) Patients with psychiatric diagnosis. (6) Not involved in any other study.
