Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy persons irrespective of religion and gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tobacco users. 2. Orthodontic appliances or removable partial dentures or fully crowned teeth. 3. Pregnancy and Lactation 4. Subjects with severe mal-alignment of teeth.
