Intervention1: Video Counselling: A 1.23 minutes video in regional language will be played through headphones 15 minutes prior to the surgery Control Intervention1: Verbal Counselling: A standard verb

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery 2 Patients who can read write and speak Tamil 3 Patient who have signed the informed consent form 4 Patients who have Nuclear Sclerosis of grade I II III 5 Patients who have Nuclear Opalescence of grade I II III 6 Patients who have Posterior Subcapsular Cataract of any grade 7 Patients who have not undergone Cataract surgery before

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Recent Myocardial infarction 2 Hard of hearing 3 Previous ocular surgery 4 Second eye cataract surgery 5 Psychiatric patients 6 Stroke 7 Chronic renal failure 8 Traumatic cataract 9 Patients who have Nuclear Sclerosis Cataract Grade IV 10 Patients who have Nuclear Opalescence Cataract Grade IV 11 Patients who have Posterior Polar Cataract 12 Hypertensive patients
