Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pre eclampsia undergoing caesarean section under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with chronic hypertension 2. Known allergy to the drugs used. 3. contradication to spinal anaesthesia including patient refusal, localized sepsis,coagulopathy, patientâ??s inability to maintain stillness during needle puncture.
