Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) Patients presenting with excessive, prolonged, inter menstrual bleeding for at least 2 months. (b) Irrespective of parity. (c) Married (d) Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (e) Uttara Basti Arhas (f) Patients willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of (a) Thyroid dysfunction, DM, HTN. (b) Threatened abortion or incomplete abortion (c) Coagulation disorders and Bleeding disorders. (d) STD, Patients with IUCD, Polyp, Benign and malignant tumors of Uterus or on Hormonal therapy. (e) Patients with chronic illness.
