Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age 18 years or more with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and ability to undergo echocardiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pulmonary embolism Pneumonia Pneumothorax Renal Dysfunction Acute coronary event Valvular Heart Disease Hepatic Dysfunction Known case of Dilated Cardiomyopathy
