Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered medical practitioners who were enrolled for the baseline Mumbai Hypertension Project, and who consent for the Survey. 2.Sample of patients who was a part of the Mumbai Hypertension Project initiative, and who verbally consent for the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Refusal/not willing to sign the consent form
