Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients With Hypothroidism Of More Than 5 Year Duration With or Without Treatment. 2.Age Of 30-60 Years,Of Either Sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients With Obesity. 2.Patients With Hypertension. 3.Patients With Diagnosed Coronary Artery Disease. 4.Patients With Diabetes Mellitus. 5.Patients With Renal,Hepatic,Or Other Systemic Disease. 6.Patients With Endocrinopathies Like Cushing Syndrome And Polycystic Ovary Disease. 7.Pregnant Patients. 8.Patients Receiving OCP,Steroids.

To Correlate Epicardial Adipose Tissue Thickness With Established Markers Of Coronary Artery Disease i.e Carotid Intima-Media Thickness.Timepoint: Less Than Or Equal To One Year;To Correlate The Epicardial Adipose Tissue Thickness With Duration Of Hypothyroidism And TSH levels.Timepoint: Less Than Or Equal To One Year
