Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age more than 18 years underwent elective on-pump CABG with or without valve replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: paroxysmal or persistent AF, patients on a temporary or temporary or permanent pacemaker, redo cardiac surgery and off-pump CABG

to determine the incidence and predictors of NOAF in patients undergoing on pump CABG +/- valve replacementTimepoint: 6 month—

To determine the effect of NAOF on outcome such as vasoactive inotropic score, duration of ICU stay, duration of mechanical ventilation, renal failure, and in-hospital mortality.Timepoint: 96 HOURS—
