Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in ocular surface microbial flora after vectored thermal pulsation treatmentTimepoint: 1 month 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Effect of vectored thermal pulsation treatment in Ocular symptoms(Ocular Surface Disease Index) Ocular surface and tear film stability(TBUT, Schirmer test, Tear osmolarity, Ocular surface staining) Visual acuity and quality(assessed using ray-tracing aberrometry) Correlation of change in conjunctival flora with clinical signs and symptoms of Meibomian gland dysfunction Timepoint: 1 month 3 months
