Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gestational age of 28-42 weeks Singleton pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Vaginal spotting/ bleeding 2. Meconium in the vaginal fluid leak 3.Recent vaginal infection having history of use of vaginal drugs 4.Pregnant women with presence of regular uterine contractions 5. Multiple Pregnancy 6. Pregnant women with known medical and prenatal complications 7. Pregnant women with cohabitation in the prior night, and with fetal anomalies
