Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Community dwelling ambulatory healthy adults aged between 60 to 80 years. 2) Subjects who are able to climb and descend one flight of stairs with/without a handrail. 3) Subjects who are able to walk a distance of 10 meters with/without using a walking aid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Older adults having BMI values greater than 30 kg/m2. 2) Older adults with cognitive impairments â?? MMSE 3) Subjects with active clinical manifestation of neurological & inflammatory conditions, cardio respiratory impairment, vestibular disorder, uncorrected vision and visual field defects which may interfere with the study.
